I understand that device responsibility depends on the approved event setup. If NeuroVIZR MENA manages the devices directly through on-ground support, NeuroVIZR MENA remains responsible for device handling during the event. If devices are handed over to the Partner, the Partner is responsible for safekeeping, handling, return, loss, damage, or misuse.
I confirm that the Partner will not make medical, treatment, cure, diagnostic, or guaranteed outcome claims regarding NeuroVIZR.
